what is Melipona?
Sacred bee by the mayans
Melipona honey is a unique honey produced by a stingless bee species known as Melipona (Melipona beecheii, Melipona mexicana or other varieties).
This "elixir" is an antioxidant that contains healing and nutritional properties, therefore it's considered a "superfood" and an essential tool in traditional Mayan medicine.
The purchase of this product promotes the protection of this endangered bee.
